Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our distribution center for the tracking information to appear in the UPS tracking system. We process orders rather quickly (see ORDER PROCESSING below), but we will do our best to accommodate any order modifications at any time before an order has shipped. The best way to change or cancel an order is to give us a call at 1 (646) 379-7395, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET, or email us at Please include “Change/Cancel Order” in the subject of the email. If we are unable to cancel or make the requested change to your order before it ships to you, we provide you with a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to make a return at your convenience according to our RETURN POLICY (see below).

PAYMENT METHODS accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept checks, cash or money orders, nor can accept international credit cards at this time. You may also use an Alvin Valley Gift Card to pay for your order.


From time to time we have special offers that you can apply to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the promotional code in the space provided on the lower right-hand corner of the Shopping Bag page. The value of the promotion will be applied to your total order at checkout.


Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to New York. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.

Opening an account is simple. Just click on “Account” on the top right of any page of our website and simply follow the prompts. You can also create an account when placing an order by entering your email address and creating a password.


An account offers you an easy and fast way to place orders. You can customize your account preferences and save your billing and shipping information for faster checkout. Your account also allows you access to your order history so you can track your most recent orders, and enables you to create a Wish List. Your password guarantees that only you can have access to your account information.


If you have forgotten your password, simply click “Change Password” on the Sign In page. Enter your email address and we’ll send you a new temporary password.


Creating an Wish List allows you to keep a record of items you love but are not yet ready to purchase and to share them with your friends. To add items to your Wish List, select the size and color of an item you would like to add from its product page. Then click the ADD TO WISH LIST button. In order to create a Wish List, you must have an account at To access your Wish List at any time from any computer, simply log in to your account using the ACCOUNT button. Adding items to your Wish List does not guarantee availability of those items at time of order.


Our goal is to make buying clothing online as easy as possible for you. We believe in our products and want you to try them on in the comfort of your own home with the rest of your wardrobe at your fingertips.

If you would like to make an exchange, please look for the item and size you would like to exchange for and place a new order immediately, before it sells out. Then return your original item for a full refund.

We offer a seven-day free return policy from the day you receive your order. This is only for U.S.-based customers and only one free return per order. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, you may return your order.  Just go to “Account” and select “Order Review” and click on “Return”.  Fill out the information and then submit.   After your return has been authorized you will get an email notification which includes your return label. You may also go to My Accounts > My Returns and print your shipping label to send the item back.

Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.   Please include a copy of the receipt inside the package when you return your merchandise.   If you have returned your order to us for a refund, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Items purchased on and received as a gift may be returned by mail when accompanied by a gift receipt within 30 days of purchase. As many of our pants are designed to be tailored according to the customer’s own height and fashion preference, some of our pants are delivered with no hem so that you can have them tailored according to your personal preferences. When you go to your tailor you should wear heels with the height you would most often wear with this pant to get the perfect measurement.
