Our goal is to create a unique and streamlined client experience. We believe in our products and encourage you to try them on in the comfort of your own home.

We offer a thirty-day return policy from the day you receive your order. This process is limited to one free return per order. Please include a copy of the receipt inside the package when you return your merchandise.

**Please note we can only accept returns if product is unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in original condition with all tags attached. Upon receipt of returned goods, we reserve the right to deny refund if merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

If you have returned your order to us for a refund, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the return transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.

If you ship your return using a method other than our pre-paid return label, please note that alvinvalley.com cannot accept responsibility for the package.

Alvinvalley.com does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet our return policy.

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or store credit only.

**For Wholesale account sales:

Retailers must submit in writing a return authorization request with all the items being returned. Once approved you must received an RA# to add to box, which allows shipping department to receive it. Without this, all shipments will be refused.

All approved returns will receive credit to future orders. No refunds.
